Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how BCREATE handles information in connection with the Poker Odds iOS application (the "App"). Poker Odds is a Texas Hold'em probability calculator. Users select their two hole cards and the available community cards. The App calculates the exact probability of each possible final poker hand category by enumerating every possible remaining community-card runout directly on the device. At the river, the App identifies the best final five-card hand.

BCREATE does not operate a custom backend for this App and does not receive the cards you select or the poker scenarios the App calculates. However, third-party SDKs integrated into the App — Google AdMob and RevenueCat — may process certain technical and purchase-related information as described below.

The cards you select (hole cards and community cards) and the probability results computed by the App are processed entirely on your device. This information is not transmitted to BCREATE or to any third party.

The App may store the following data locally on your device:

• User preferences (e.g., display settings).
• Advertising-related counters used to manage ad frequency.
• A cached record of your Pro entitlement status.
• Other calculator-related state.

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to BCREATE. Uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored data.

Non-Pro users may see interstitial advertisements delivered by Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. Pro users do not see advertisements.

Depending on your consent choices and applicable law, Google AdMob may process the following categories of information:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA on iOS).
• IP address and approximate location derived from it.
• Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone).
• Interactions with advertisements (impressions, clicks).
• Consent choices.
• Advertising measurement and attribution data.

Where required by applicable law, the App uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before displaying personalized advertisements.

On iOS, the App may also present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before using tracking-related advertising features. You may decline this prompt; doing so will not prevent you from using the poker calculator. If you decline, the App will limit the use of your advertising identifier for cross-app tracking purposes.

You may withdraw or modify your advertising consent at any time through the App's settings or your device's privacy settings.

The Pro lifetime upgrade is sold through the Apple App Store. Purchase transactions are processed by Apple. The App uses RevenueCat to manage entitlement status and to allow you to restore your purchase.

RevenueCat may process the following categories of information:

• An anonymous app user identifier generated by RevenueCat.
• Purchase receipts and transaction identifiers provided by Apple.
• Entitlement status (e.g., whether the Pro upgrade is active).
• Device information and diagnostic data required to provide the purchasing service.

RevenueCat processes this information according to its own privacy policy. For more information, see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

You can restore a previous Pro purchase at any time through the restore function available in the App, which queries Apple's records via RevenueCat.

BCREATE does not sell your personal information. BCREATE does not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Information is shared with the following service providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the App:

• Google LLC — for advertising services via AdMob and UMP, subject to your consent.
• RevenueCat, Inc. — for purchase management and entitlement verification.
• Apple Inc. — for App Store payment processing and purchase validation.

BCREATE does not maintain a database of user information for this App and therefore does not directly control retention of information collected by third-party SDKs.

Google and RevenueCat apply their own data retention policies. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details.

Data stored locally on your device persists until you delete it through iOS settings or uninstall the App.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. BCREATE does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information in connection with the App, please contact us at bcreatepro@gmail.com.

The poker calculator runs locally on your device. BCREATE does not transmit your card selections or calculation results over the network. We implement reasonable measures within our control to protect the App against unauthorized access. However, no software is entirely free from vulnerabilities, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the following options with respect to data processed in connection with the App:

• Advertising consent: you may refuse or withdraw consent for personalized advertising where consent controls are available in the App or through your device settings.
• App Tracking Transparency: you may deny the ATT prompt without affecting your ability to use the calculator.
• Advertising identifier: you may reset or limit the use of your advertising identifier in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• Purchase restoration: you may restore your Pro purchase at any time through the App.
• Local data: you may delete locally stored data by uninstalling the App.

BCREATE is based in France. The App itself performs calculations on your device and does not transfer your data internationally.

Google LLC and RevenueCat, Inc. are based in the United States and may transfer and process information internationally in accordance with their own policies and applicable data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area).

The probabilities displayed by Poker Odds are exact for the selected cards and the current stage of the hand. The App does not account for an opponent's hand, range, playing strategy, or hidden information. The results are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only and do not guarantee any gambling outcome.

BCREATE accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of the App's calculations.

BCREATE may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect when the most recent changes were made. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
